These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IVX Holdings platform, website, and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet all applicable KYC/AML requirements to create an account and invest through IVX Holdings. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Investment Risks

Real estate investments involve significant risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Property values may decrease, rental income may fluctuate, and liquidity is not guaranteed. You should invest only money you can afford to lose.

4. Securities Compliance

All securities offered through IVX Holdings are offered in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws, including Regulation A+ and Regulation D exemptions. Offerings are made only through official offering documents.

5. Fractional Ownership

When you purchase shares through IVX, you acquire fractional ownership interests in the underlying property entity. Share ownership is recorded digitally and is subject to the terms of each specific offering.

6. Fees

IVX may charge platform fees, management fees, and transaction fees as disclosed in each offering document. All fees are transparently disclosed before you complete any investment.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false identity information
• Attempting to manipulate pricing or trading activity
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with platform operations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVX Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any investments made through it.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida.
